The activity starts with some explanations about diving. We talk about the equipment, breathing underwater, how to communicate underwater, how to compensate the ears, etc... We usually do the baptisms at the exit of the bay very close to the lighthouse (Marine Reserve), where there is a place that looks like a natural swimming pool. We anchor on a bottom of about one metre. Once we are equipped, the adventure begins. The duration of the baptism is about 2 hours. It is not necessary to bring a medical certificate although you will have to answer a medical questionnaire at the centre. Equipment to bring: swimming costume, towel, sun cream. We have a ratio of 1 instructor for 2 baptisms.
